WhatsApp Web is the version of WhatsApp that can be used to send and receive messages right from your computer quickly.
Go to httsp://web.whatsapp.com
You will see a QR code displayed.
On your phone, open WhatsApp, Select Menu(3 dots), Select WhatsApp Web.
Point your phone to the computer screen to capture the QR code.
After you scan the code, you’ll be able to see your WhatsApp messages on your phone and in the browser.
If you are a website designer the Easy Screenshot add-in is a great tool to send your client’s full-page layouts and to approve or make quick changes to flyers, websites, and other graphic design work.
The advantages of using WhatsApp Web as a graphic or website designer:
- Communication is faster with your graphic design and website clients
- You have immediate access to your graphic design files
- You can get instant feedback from your clients about their graphic and website designs
Using Firefox Easy Screenshot add in, allows you to collect ideas, scribble or annotate directly on the image, saving time and effort, and reducing never-ending email chains from your website and graphic design clients.
As I mentioned this system works great for smaller companies, for larger companies I would recommend a project management tool. We currently use Microsoft Teams but there are several great platforms out there, you will need to choose the one that works for you.
Tip: Windows 10 has a built-in free screen capture tool that allows you to capture screenshots in Windows 10. You can press Windows Key + Shift + S keyboard shortcut to use the snipping toolbar.
Once you select the area you want to copy go to the WhatsApp chat and press CRTL + V.
