Photos. Work files. Client projects. Passwords. Emails.

Now imagine turning it on tomorrow… and everything is gone.

✔️ cPanel / hosting configurations
✔️ Client email accounts
✔️ Domain records

Never rely on a hosting company as your only backup. Always keep your own copy.

The Simple Rule: 3-2-1 Backup

In cybersecurity, we teach something called the 3-2-1 backup rule. It’s simple and powerful.

3 copies of your data
1 main copy + 2 backups

2 different types of storage
For example:
• Your computer
• An external hard drive
• Cloud storage

1 copy stored off-site
Somewhere physically separate.
If your house or office has a fire, flood, or theft — you’re still protected.

Example:
• Copy 1: Your PC
• Copy 2: External hard drive
• Copy 3: Secure cloud backup

Backup isn’t complicated. It just needs to be intentional.
